1. The warranty period for our products is guaranteed for 90 days since the date you receive the product(the shipping date is checked by logistic record). Please contact support@wbptech.com to process the after-sale service. You can return it to us for free repair or replacement when we get it and analyzed it as a manufacturing failure. The shipping costs need to be borne by you. If the replacement or repair is not possible for you, a discount can be provided for the new replacement (shipping cost excluded). 

 

2.   The following conditions are not covered by the above warranty:

· Beyond the warranty period stipulated in Terms 1;

· The customer disassembles or modifies the internal structure of the product by themselves;

· The customer uses the product improperly (for non-waterproof products, encountering water or other liquid infiltration, heavy impact, dropping, unreasonable configuration, etc.);

· The warranty code serial number is missing, damaged, or dirty and cannot be recognized;

 

3. The warranty for products purchased from other channels:

· For products purchased not from https://wbptech.com., please contact the original purchase channel in first priority to deal with your problems.

 

4.  Others

· All of the products are tested before shipment. Any uncertain connection or information for product settings, please contact us before your installation.

· Free charge for repair excluding shipping fee and components and parts fee

· The duration of the repair will depend on the extent of the damage and the availability of its parts.

· On the shipping way product orders cannot be canceled unless the extra shipping cost is agreed to be charged.

· We’re willful to provide repair service for reasonable charge if your product is out of warranty, while the service excludes both side’s shipping cost.
